Happy Weekend! We made it through the week! This past week has been a bit tough. There are a number of heavy projects on my plate and it can be stressful to try to get them all done. But, I got one filing done on Wednesday. We had been shooting to get it done by Tuesday evening, but the true deadline was Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. We filed at 5:25 p.m. on Wednesday. Talk about nerve wracking! But, it got done, so I’m DEFINITELY thankful about that!

I also finished a part of another huge project. It’s a project that will last for the next 3 months, but having gotten that one part done was HUGE, and so I’m really thankful about that, because it makes me motivated to keep moving along with all that needs to be done.

I’m thankful that I got myself out of bed early today to make it to boxing class. Lately I’ve been a bit lazy. But this morning, I woke up with a renewed sense of determination to go to the gym more often. Especially with the upcoming stresses at work, I will need this release. I even decided to create a calendar to track how many times I go! I will mark days I go boxing with a “T” (for Title Boxing), days I go to the gym in my apartment building with a “G”, and days I don’t do any exercise with a red sad face! It will be a good way to track and a good motivation to keep on getting my butt to the gym!

I’m thankful that I have plans to go to dinner and to see A Star Is Born with my sister tonight.

And, as always, I am thankful for my family, and my close friends who are like family!
