Mondays are Work-From-Home days for me. I am definitely thankful that my job allows for this. Not everyone gets to do this. It depends on your job itself (for example, the receptionist isn’t going to be able to work from home) and on your job performance. I actually find that I get more done working from home. Less distractions and since the is no commute time, I can stay earlier, even with getting up later. I also think the furrbabies like it when I work from home.

I’m thankful for being able to video chat with my parents. With them living in Florida, being able to see them while talking on the phone makes the distance seem less … well, less distant!

I’m thankful for being able to listen to music while I am working. Depending on the mood of the day, I can choose music to energize me, sooth my nerves, or to make me smile. That last one should say AND to make me smile. Because music does make me smile!

And, as always, I am thankful for my family, and my close friends who are like family!
